Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets and downloadable systems cannot be rolled back, returned, or recovered once access has been granted. Because you receive immediate, lifetime access to the entire architecture and tracking tools the moment your purchase is complete, Marginstead Systems does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Why We Enforce a Strict No-Refund Policy

Instant Delivery: You gain immediate possession of the intellectual property, formulas, and frameworks the second checkout is complete.
Irreversible Access: There is no technical mechanism to "return" a downloaded template or unshare a digital asset once it has been copied or saved to your drive.

Exceptional Circumstances: While we maintain a strict policy to protect our digital assets, we want to ensure you have a flawless experience. We will accommodate adjustments under the following rare conditions:

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same system twice in a single transaction, contact us within 24 hours with your order numbers and we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.

Access Issues or Broken Links: If you experience any technical glitches downloading or accessing your system, we will not issue a refund, but our team will immediately provide a fresh, working copy or alternative access link to ensure you get your files.
